Here are the five most popular bowls and a list of other delicious options for all tastes.
Bowl of cereal 1.2 cups oat flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp maple syrup 2 tbsp water (or soy milk or almond milk) 1/4 cup almond flour 2 tbsp cornstarch 2 tbsp unsalted butter, at room temperature 3 tbsp coconut oil 2 tbsp maple syrup 1 tbsp maple flavouring (optional) (optional: add water if necessary)2.
Bowls of cereal are great for keeping your cereal cold for a long period of time and also great for filling with other ingredients like ice cream or chocolate.
The best way to make them is by adding water to the batter before baking, but the process is a little different depending on how big the bowl is.
To make a large bowl, you’ll need to add about 1/3 cup of the batter to a large saucepan.
Add the coconut oil and let it melt over a medium-low heat until melted.
Once it’s melted, pour in the maple syrup and continue cooking until the syrup dissolves and it is just starting to thicken, about 5 minutes.
Once you’ve added all of the maple flavoring, pour it into the bowl and add the remaining 1/6 of the pancake batter.
Stir well and then stir in the remaining batter.
If you’re making a superbowl, you can add a splash of coconut oil to the mixture to make a coating.
(Tip: I like to use an immersion blender for this process.)
Once all the ingredients are mixed well, add the coconut flour and continue mixing until you get a nice smooth dough, about 1 to 2 minutes.
If it’s too dry, add more maple flavour, as this helps it rise.
The dough should be soft and sticky, but not sticky and tacky.
Once the dough is nice and soft, place it on a sheet pan or a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
It’s best to let it rise for at least 1 hour, but longer is fine.2.
