A few years ago, I wrote a blog post about serving food on a server. 

In this post, I share my thoughts on the subject. 

Here are my top five server recipes.1.

I love this one, and it’s a favorite of mine when I have family and guests over.

They’re quick, easy to make, and they’re delicious.

Crispy Chickpea SoupChicken and potatoes are great on their own, but they can also be served alongside rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes.

So try these spicy Mexican tacos for a delicious meal on the go.1 Chiles and Cilantro SauceChiles are the best condiment to add to any Mexican dish. 

Combine chiles, cilantro, and a little vinegar in a saucepan. 

Serve with rice or mashed potato. 

1/2 cup chiles1 cup cilantro1 cup lime juice2 teaspoons chili powder2 teaspoons salt2 teaspoons pepper1 tablespoon cumin1 tablespoon ground cumin2 teaspoons garlic powder1 tablespoon chili powder1 teaspoon onion powder1/4 teaspoon chili powderDirections2.

Place chiles and cilantro sauce in a large bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.3.

Add salt and pepper to taste.4: Mix chili powder and cumin together in a small bowl.5.

Add lime juice and chili powder to a large mixing bowl.6.

Mix together cumin, garlic, onion, and chili-powder mixture and add to chiles mixture.7.

Place chili mixture in a slow cooker.

Cook on low for 6 hours.9.

Serve warm with rice.10. 

Pesto Chilis PistosChilises are great for a lot of different dishes. 

But if you want to make a few more, you can do that too. 

First, you’ll need some garlic. 

Cut your cloves into 1/4-inch dice. 

Next, add them to a food processor and process until the garlic is finely chopped. 

Now add the chili powder, cumin and salt to the food processor, and process till the chili is fully combined.

Add cilantro to the garlic mixture and process again until all the garlic has been used.

Add chopped cilantro and lime juice to the cilantro mixture.12.

Mix the pesto and cheddar cheese together and mix well.

Spread the pestos on your favorite tortillas, and garnish with fresh cilantro.

Grilled Chicken Breast Grilling chicken breasts is a classic way to enjoy the flavors of summer. 

With grilled chicken, you’re able to have the crunch of a grilled steak without the fat and the fat-licking that often comes with a fried chicken. 

For my husband, this is his favorite way to eat chicken.

Grill Chicken Breast1 cup of chicken breast 2 tablespoons of butter2 tablespoons olive oil1 medium onion, diced2 cloves garlic, minced1 tablespoon chopped fresh cayenne pepper1/3 cup diced green chilies (about 2 cups)1/8 teaspoon salt1/16 teaspoon ground black pepper1 teaspoon black pepper (more for color)1.

Place the chicken breasts in a shallow baking dish and add 1/2-cup of olive oil. 

The oil will seep in the chicken breast, so you’ll want to place it in a pan.2.
